September 1987-July 1994, studied in the Discipline of Economics in the Department of Economics, Nankai University, obtained Bachelor of economics and Master of economics.
July 1994-August 2002, worked in a government department and a state-owned enterprise.
September 2002-July 2005, PhD candidate in the Discipline of Industrial Economics in the Department of Economics of the Graduate School, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
July 2005-present, Research Fellow, Research Section of Industrial Policy, IWEP, CASS.
